Reviews
I met George at my first TTC in 2013. I had a strong feeling that I had more to learn from him so decided to do my second TTC with George last year. George is an incredibly warm and gracious teacher. He is super skilled at delivering yoga philosophy and values in a way that is accessible and relevant to now. He lives what he teaches, so you get a true sense he is the real deal and doing the work – daily. His physicality, strength and execution of asana is just beautiful. He is a movement artist.
Patti
Compassion, discipline, letting go, are just a few of the things that I learned are the foundations for balance and harmony. The classes were intense yet gentle. I mastered listening to myself, knowing when to go further or when to rest. The teacher, besides being amazing and trustworthy, is professional, attentive, very well prepared; he’s the real deal. He guided us through moments of uncertainty, making us feel safe and confident of ourselves. Never there was a moment of danger nor disrespect. It was a blessing to have such an awesome and humble human being as our professor. Lots of things I learned, transformed, let go, let in, but it all comes down to one simple thing: live the present fully conscious, Now. Yoga is not only asanas, it’s a holistic lifestyle. We can do yoga anytime, anywhere. Thanks to George and the beautiful human beings that were part of this experience.
